^^this^^ I find mk677 to keep me pretty full while "off". I tend not to go crazy with with a huge caloric surplus on cycle because it is very hard to maintain. Keeping up diet and workout intensity are going to outperform any drug IMO. I'm coming to an end of run now and I'm trying to decide... -
