    Nope, didnt think an AI would be necessary for a low dose 4 week epi cycle. I only used Nolva for pct which i was told would be sufficient for epi only cycle.

    So its gone now and has been for atleast a month. I really think time and patience helped and my test to est ratio leveled out and it went away. Good luck for all those out there that are dealing with this bcus it was hell on earth. Never touching phs again.

    I have the same prob. Had the lump for lil over a month now and been taking nolva for a week but for some reason i think the nolva is making it worse.:( only thing i took was epistane 20/20/30/40 followed by nolva but i think i under dosed it and found the lump when i got off nolva.     Have been taking the nolva around 40mgs ed for 4 days now and im noticing the lump is getting softer i think. Its still not gettinf smaller from what i can tell but its still not noticeable. Just makes my areola a little poofy. Ill update if anything else changes

    just to clarify the lump is 1/4 the size of my areola and sits to the lower right of my nipple.
