    Need2Slin is a great product, I've been using it to bulk and have been able to do so without putting on all the unwanted weight. It's definitely a staple product for me! I also have some clients using it and they're showing great results!

    I have the Inzer Forever Lever Belt 10mm and I really like it BUT it's almost to big for deadlifts so if I were to buy one again I'd buy the Forever Bodybuilding Tapered Lever. My buddy has that one and it feels a lot better for deads. I definitely prefer the Lever belts over the buckle belts.

    After an all day hike last year all we had was a pool and it helped. Wasn't as effective for me as an ice bath but it definitely helped.

    I haven't done an ice bath since college but it was the only way I could make it through 2 a days (actually more like 3 a days). I know there's been a lot of research for and against ice baths but my personal experience is it helps!

    You'd do really good with those weight! Do you know what federation the meet is? if so look at that Federation's site for the records.

    Could be that something is just a little out of line and an adjustment by a good chiropractor may help. Also switching up your grip up a bit may help too... depending on how wide your grip is a lot of times bringing it in a bit can relieve some stress on the shoulders

    Even if you were overtraining haveing a runny nose and sore throats, etc... shouldn't cause that. Sounds like you're fighting something else. Some zinc lozenges may help fight whatever you have. How long have you been feeling like that?

    I use a deload week every 4th week and work on weak spots or imbalances along with the main lifts at ~40-50% 1RM.
