    Thank you - your post sums me up - completely OCD with everything to do with training - i never cheat - i always train and run myself into the ground - my whole life revolves around training - i realise now with a bit of time off - that i am not competitive with bodybuilding and i need to stop...

    Thanks for the replies to my thread - you guys have been a real help - and it helps me to realise and think long term rather than the short term1. That is the way i need to look at it. If i train for the next 10-20-30 years, are 4-5 weeks going to make a difference?!? no not really!

    Hey all...im new here. What do all you bros do here when you need time off training...i dont mean a break which you plan...i mean an unplanned break...as a result of health. I have had a hard time of it in the past 7-8 months...i was dieting for a photoshoot and i have been pushing too hard...
