    I know what you mean, and by the time I'm through with chest and tris dips kill me. I do like the seated dip machine though. Keeps the stress off my chest and lets me get that tri movement in without any pain.

    Different reactions probably, I always get good gains from H-Drol but didn't really on Epi, D-Zine, or solo Superdrol. Right now i'm on a 6 week H-Drol cycle w/10mg of SD eod after the third week. I'm on week four and up ten lean pounds and feeling great.

    Idk what works for you but when I just do arms, I start with bis and then hit tris. Then I finish up with some hammer curls across the body and forearms if I feel I need some extra work.

    I also do back/bi's together and always stars with weighted pull-ups. Three good sets then to barbell rows, etc. by the time I get to arms I'll be nice and pumped so while I won't be able to put up the numbers I would if I did arms first, the biceps get the same amount of work.     Your diet looks like its on the right track. Setting a goal definitely helps. Committing to looking a certain way goes a long way in how your training and diet follow. You said which body parts you train on which days, but what kind of exercises of you do for each?
