I'm thinking about running DAA year round i love it so much. Will take a few weeks off here and there.
I dont think it looses its effectiveness with time, but i'll see about that.
With my Havoc cycle i took DAA throughout the cycle and PCT. I also run l-dopa and primal male with it and noticed no shutdown or shrinkage.
Big fan of DAA; dont want to stop running it.
except for the fact that valerian root smell feet. I never found it did anything.
l-theanine and phenibut are great for sleep. just dont use phenibut often its addictive similar to GHB.
I wonder why ZMA keeps some people awake? strange.

Probably the worse most ineffective GABA drug out there. It definitely puts strain on the liver more so than benzos eg. valium and xanax. For an OTC alternative try l-theanine or just go to the doctor and get some safe proven meds. Phenibut addiction is one of the worst with tolerance building...
Running a solo Havoc cycle and i'm getting heaps of lethargy. So wondering if applied nutriceuticals drive would help. I thought about DHEA but i dont want to suppress my appetite.
Been working out seriously for a few years and seem to have hit a wall. Its been months now and no gains despite several supplements such as MassFX, creatine and animal stacks etc. So figure its time for my first PH/PS after much research i have decided on using Havoc.

I am doing an Havoc/Tren-X cycle at the moment taking proprecia 1mg x 3 a day and using nizoral daily. Have also been putting nizoral 2% on and leaving on over night. I dont get male patern baldness do have a little receeding hair line pretty normal for my age (27).

Monday - Chest/Back
Tuesday - Abs
Wednesday - Legs
Thursday - off
Friday - Shoulders/Arms
Saturday - off
Sunday - off
How would a compound routine fit in or what would be an example of a good routine with mostly compound exercises.
On a pro-hormone cycle when taking havoc & Tren Xtreme can i up my workout routine to do a lot more. More sets a lot more often, with working out muscles more than once a week. I am a beginner at cycles but want to know how close to Schwarzenegger's routine i can go without losing gains...
