I ran 10,20,20,20. I'm a weekend a half into pct. if say I gained a few pounds. My macros are 45,70,10 6 times a day. Shape wise I look a little better but not what I was expecting. Maybe I need run 20,20,20,20 next time??
I bought 5 bottles of LGI-10 SD back in 2012 before the ban. I just ran a cycle of it for the 2nd time and don't feel that I got out of it what I should of. Does the compound breakdown overtime??
