Im curious as to Who here actually takes account for ester weight when calculating dosages?
250mg test e is 180mg of actual test once the enanthate ester is subtracted. So I thought I was taking 500mg weekly but really only getting 360.
I just increased the dose so that I'm actually getting...

I'm very gyno prone but would like to run another mdrol cycle. What is best for keeping gyno sides away? I plan on getting bloods done before and mid cycle to see where my E is at.
So I'm 14 days into my DAA endosurge erase inhibit p stack and I've noticed a hard bb sized lump on both my nipples. This sucks. I must be super gyno prone. I've stopped the daa and will taper off erase endo and inhibit p. just thought is share for others thinking in running DAA.
What might be the implications of running anabeta and erase for longer than the maximum recommended time? I'm nearing the end of an 8 wk run and would like to go for longer.

I will be finishing up my 5wk epi cylce and pct with nolva/tamox/osta/anabeta......would it be ok for me to take erase and fadogia directly after my pct?
Im not really getting enough fruits and vegetables in my diet, but id like to. I was thinking about getting a food processor and throwing a bunch of greens into that, as well as making fruit smoothies. Any better ideas? Or certain ones that you like to eat with chicken or fish.

Im going to be coming off a 6wk PH cycle in april, and i plan on doing a 4-5 month recomp. Ive put on 20lbs natty and another 20lbs from the mdrol in 4months total.
So now im looking for a good supplement to help me keep my gains while i drop the calories and progressively increase cardio...
Im on my 6th day of Mdrol at 10mg ed. On the 4th day i noticed my nipples had gotten noticeably more puffy.
They are not tender and there are no lumps.
What is this from and is this something i shoud be worried about?
