    like if i did bench press i wud start with 50kg then i wud go to 60kg, then 65kg thn back dwn to 50kg or shid i stick to 60kg and do 4 sets coz i still have 12 sets of 3 exercises to do still left and try to get 4 sets of 8-12

    hi im new to this, im looking for a 6 day program either that hits muscles once or twice a week. and how many exercises sets and reps do i have to do im looking to keep myself really fit, but build some muscle any1 got any ideas
