    I have been mostly letting my body catch up just maintaining. I just started another cut cycle yesterday so I should have some more pictures in a few weeks to a month. Pushing now to hit that 200 even mark.

    I try to keep my reps around 6-8 sometimes I will throw burn out sets into my routine as well.
