Well if it's anything like the **** I have..first I'd give it a good shake to get it all dispersed properly. Then you might want to look on the bottle, or on the site you got it from, and find a mg/mL ratio. I can't think of what mine is off the top of my head. But lets just say it's 20mg/mL. So...- PhREAK

What if a needle breaks off inside me?
I heard a contradicting story that you ALWAYS want to bury the needle. The reason behind this was that if you don't bury it, you could be hovering over a blood vessel and when you are injecting could push the needle in a little further and pierce the blood vessel and be injecting into it...thoughts? -

I loved Protomax, I ran it twice..once stand alone and once as a bridge. The gains/strength are noticeable. I've never really had any sides whatsoever with Proto. One time I did go up to 100mg daily and noticed a little bit of lethargy. But most of the time I was running it at 75mg a day... -

I agree with a couple days off and changing up the routine. Take a day or two one week and do some shock techniques. 100's for instance: Pick a lift, then pick a weight you can do 100 reps continuously. Also focus on your core lifts..Bench, Squat, Deadlift..Start going heavy in those, specially... -
