    I would cycle focusXT with other goodies to make use of both choline sources. so use some focusXT and something else then do a non stim stack. perhaps plcar,choline citrate... or what I plan to do.... plcar/choline citrate and picamilon 150 ...doing that for a few weeks before hitting the focus...

    want things done right,have to take your time...with that being said it def will be soon and worth the wait!

    piracetam is different for most,however 1 scoop of focus XT with 1600-2400mg of piracetam should work well, with t hat being said I go higher w the piracetam. you can also do another dose of piracetam 6-8 hrs later/ just wait till another 2-3 months or so,it will go up a little more. stock up...
