I'm a new mom an am looking to get back into shape. I'd like to gain some strength and get a six pack. Please give me diet and exercise suggestions. Most important would be exercise routines I can do at home. I have dumbbells and a Swiss ball.
U need to be using ur core and butt... If ur alrdy doing this then u need try stretching before and in between sets. Especially if u tend to lift more weight then ur last workout. But if it still hurts tomorrow I wld go to the chiropractor. Put heat for 15 mins then ice 15 mins it may help u sleep
