what do you think about this workout for bench?
5 reps at 75%
5 reps at 75%
5 reps at 75%
4 reps at 80%
3 reps at 85%
2 reps at 90%
1 rep at 95%
25 overall reps just like a 5x5 but it pyramids down. However i'm wondering if this would be too much to handle? I'm wanting to find a new workout...
