    Yeah I usually use some ALCAR for my cardio. I would say anything up to 60 minutes at a time is perfect.

    I personally do not like to include cardio during a bulk phase. If you had to I would recommend a LOW INTENSITY cardio such as 30 minutes walking keeping between 120-130 BPM.
