1iu isn't gonna do much harm. Take a look at Dat's forums. There is a ton of info over there. But high glycemic carbs w lclt will work, saturation just takes much longer, around 100 days.
Im pretty sure w high glycemic carbs. Insulin is what drives carnitine into the muscle cell. This is what makes the body switch to burning fat for fuel. Even more effective would be injecting lclt subq w insulin.

I did this with great results. Did basskillers crystal fina. Then I mixed in with primordial performances topical carrier. I would take 100 mg a day figuring a 50 percent absorption ration this would give me 50 mg a day of tren. Worked really well. I imagine 200mgs a day is spectacular!
