    Yes, most do. I know I equated it to work or education; the more time spent doing it will equal the better results. Terrible philosophy to have for the long run, and with training it is the chief reason guys usually get stuck.

    Tons of strength and reduced bodyfat. More or less I felt great and couldn't wait to hit the gym or the bedroom. I was also in a calorie deficit. I loved the synergy between those 4, but if on a budget I would go with either Stoked/Testopro or either one and Prime.
