Stupid title aside, i meant to start this last Sunday when i started my cycle.
Cycle is as follows - it's similar to last year except i flipped when im doing the tren. did tren to start last year and i wish i would have waited til the end.
Dbol -50mg/day - week 1 -4

Monday did a max bench - got 330lbs!! never been able to do that before. I tried for 335 and gave out. pretty sure my max was 290ish when i started.
