I have a SLAP tear that I have been living with for the past 15 years. It has reduced my range of motion somewhat, but for the most part it does not bother me. I do get some soreness if after waking sometimes, or after a shoulder workout. Do you think joint force would help that in any way?
I've been buying bulk fish oil caps from since they started offering them, the last batch I ordered I ahev been noticing awful fish oil burps. This never happened with any of my previous orders...anyone else noticing this?

I have a jug of scivation micronized creatine. I bought it probably 2 years ago. It's partially used. The expiration date is 12/06. Any idea if it is still good? Does creatine go bad?
Woul dit be advisable to modify the dosages if one were planning to stack, LipidFX, Sesamin and Fish oil? Or would you suggest just taking the recommedned daily dosage of each?
