    I do Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and MMA. I want to take this but I don't wanna have to take a deuce during class. Is this going to make me all the sudden have to go to the restroom or what?? Also, Is it ok to take this and Gaspari's Novadex XT together or should I wait until I'm done with the Novadex XT?
