Mon:Shoulders/Bis
Tues: Deads/Stiff Lef DL
Wed: Rest
Thurs: Chest/Tris
Fri:Back/Traps
Sat:Squats/Leg Press
Sun: Rest
For these workouts, I was doing reps in the range of 3-5, then...
