I bulked up a little too much over the winter, and have been focusing the last couple months on conditioning. I have focused on 2 main areas: sled pushes (watch the powler challenge if you have never used a sled), and rope undulation....this is no bull**** the hardest 2 conditioning workouts...
I have been eyeing a Prowler Sled for about 3 years now. I found a cheap version locally here in the DFW. I went ahead and bought it. It kicked my ass the first few times that I used it. I literally puked the first day.
