    thought of my havoc cycle...so here it goes..novadex while on havoc with some live gut helth both during and while pct. And during pct i would add ids post cycle tabs and some creatine. Not so sure of how to dose all of these what do you think of these cycle?? thank you very much your input will...

    I'm new to cycles i need help!!!

    I want to start taking havoc i have no clue what you guys mean when you say 20/30/40/..ect i need to know what to take during and after the cycle. And when to take everything. I'm 24 and got two years lifting thanks all help will be apreciated....thanks again.
