I just started with the new diet (5 meals a day w/ 1 shake). I'm 22, 5'10 159lbs and looking to put on weight but turn that into muscle. Along with training how do these stats look? What should I do differently? Thanks in advance!

On the box it says to take these 30mins prior to breakfast. If I were to train in the morning (545AM) when should I take these? Right before working out?
Also, Should the supplements still be taken on off days?
