I've heard that testosterone levels increase the longer you go without jerking off; is this true? If so, will this dramatically induce greater gains?

I absolutely love tuna, salmon, and other kinds of seafood, but I am scared ****less about mercury / mercury poisoning. I really don't even know if I have sound reasoning to actually be scared. I would like to make these foods a regular part of my diet but face this dilemma. Any insights?
