Is there such thing as too many supplements if they are all dosed individually within reasonable ranges? I've seen guys list their daily supp intake and it makes me wonder if there's a danger to the body/mind other than having to swallow 40-50 pills for example.
What's the verdict on this? The video I watched said it works through yhr lymphatic system and doesn't go through through liver, so non-toxic and not as suppressive.
