So I have finished the first phase of my diet (mid Feb to mid May). My weight went from 79.6kg to 74.3kg as of today. that's 5.3kg in 9 weeks (I had 2 weeks diet break beginning of April, and then another week at maintenance because of mental fatigue). I have posted the results below, not sure...
