    So I just started my 3rd week of epistane. I ran a recomp on it, and the results are amazing. Bench: 75--115 Squat: 140--185 Deadlift: 155--215 Leg Press: 410--500 So my question is, what's the best post cycle I can take so I don't lose all these gains?

    Starting an insulin cycle

    So I got all the gear for my insulin cycle, I've research on nutrition during a cycle. I plan on starting with only 2 units and slowly moving up to my dose, just so I can monitor how my body reacts to it. I'm only injecting 3-4 days a week on training days.
