    Started my first cycle of RPN Havoc did 5 days 10/10/10/20/20 and then sprained my ankle bad and cannot workout. does it require a pct? I have nolvadex on hand and a natty t booster but I've just been taking the t booster for 2 days. Should I take Nolva too? Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
