Hey everybody just wondering if I should change my training routine when I jump on the 1-andro cycle.
Been hearing a lot about how when you're cycling you should train for the pump and get as much blood into the muscle as possible rather than worrying about lifting as heavy as possible to break...
I have two bottle of AMS 1-andro RDE and was wondering how to handle my dosage.
Would the first 3 weeks at 3 tabs a day and last 2 weeks at 4 tabs a day be most effective?
Or should i run 3 tabs for 6 weeks ?
weight: 161-2
height: 5' 10"
Bodyfat%= 6-7%
Thinking about running this as my first cycle for 4 weeks. Just wondering if 1 bottle of each from AMS would be enough(these are the RDE ones) ? Is the Arom x-liquid good enough for PCT?
I do not think I need a high dosage because i'm 5'10 and 163 lbs, 6-7% body fat. Any info would be great!
