    Hi all, been a member (lurker) for years but never posted anything, so here goes! I'm 55 years old, 5'9", weigh 175lbs, train 6 times a week but only got back into it about 8 months ago. Before that I haven't trained consistently for over 30 years!! but still fairly toned. Diet is good (now)...
