    Hey Gents ! I am 36 years running my first cycle ever . I plan on running cypioanate 250 for 10 weeks @500mg per week . I have done the research but I'm looking for some solid advice on Pct ? I was planning on only running Nolvadex for PCt ! Good Bad ? Need some solid advice . Please
