I looked at chapters for a bodybuilding meal planner that includes bulking and cutting meals but I can't find anything. Do you guys know of any books I can pick up that include this?
I buy all my supplements from a specific site and I received an email saying PH are banned now? I'm from Canada so I don't follow USA news. Can someone fill me in on this?
This isn't my first cycle but I'm planning out my next cycle for this winter... Dmz 3.0 2 tabs daily with all my cycle support. I was thinking of adding tbol at 50mg/day during the entire cycle but I can't find anyone whose done it yet. What is your opinion on doing a cycle like this?
Weeks 1-4 ~ Super-DMZ Rx(TM) - 2 capsules per day (1 cap AM & 1 cap PM)

Weeks 1-8 ~ Advanced Cycle Support Rx(TM) - 2 capsules per day

So i moved to a smaller city/town with a smaller gym which only has machines and PowerBlock dumbbells. Can y'all help me plan a 5 day work out using only those?
