Ok to start I am a former fat boy. I use to weigh 240 lbs standing @ 5'5 but after a strick diet and lots and lots of carido I got down to 130. Fast forward thru 2 years of weight lifting I am currently at 167. All newbie gains of course. Now I'm trying to bulk up. I want to hit a goal of 195...
