    Anybody know a website where you can find a solid HIIT routine laid out? Where everyday has a list of exercises that actually make sense. I'm really not feeling like putting in the effort to make my own plan. Thanks guys

    Just as far as health concerns go, is having a few beers (3 or 4) about 4 days after ending a msten cycle going to put a ton of strain on my liver and hormone? I know it's not good for keeping gains, well aware. Just talking as far as health goes here. Thanks.
