Been a while since I last posted on here. I am currently cutting and have been using XFA for about a week now. Will also be using XF right after.
So my questions are
1) is ArA worth taking during my cut? I am just trying to maintain as much strength as possible.
2) does ArA truly increase...
I I have used caffeine free focus xt numerous times but never continuously. Do you need to take focus xt everyday for full benefits or are there only certain ingredients that I can just buy in bulk so I don't have to take FXT everyday?
Should mention that I do take a little over 2g of ALCAR...
A friend was telling me about it today saying how it helps decrease metabolism to help gain weight. I feel like it is a scam since he saw it from a comercial but i am unsure.
