    I'm trying to calculate the calories I need daily to achieve my goals by the end of the summer. Stats: age 20 6'2'' 183lbs bench max 245lb. Tdee 5170 I would like to reach 200 lbs by the end of August before I go back to school. What do y'all think would be an optimal calorie intake estimation.

    I'm starting my first ABE run tomorrow. From what I found is that most recommend two pills preworkout then two with the largest meal after your workout. My problem is that I lift late and normally after my last largest meal. The only thing I can get my hands on after I lift is like pbj, shakes...

    How long of run do most guys use this for, I think 1 bottle last a month. I was planing on getting one due to the price but if it's more efficient to get two bottles I might consider it. I'm also planning on using ARA along with it.
