I have 3 buffet meals with lots of protein available to me at college. Will eating whole food (tuna/cottage cheese) vs drinking a whey shake affect my muscle gain and or recovery??
There are so many studies that contradict each other. I want to mix my java protein powder with my coffee but I don't want the heat to "denature" and render my protein useless. Please help!
I end up playing tennis or running late at night before sleep and I haven't been able to get any quality sleep for a long time. I also wake up to pee 3ish times a night. Which would be the best sleep aid? As well as best for bodybuilding purposes
I'm a bit of a stim junkie and I have to workout at 630 am because of my class schedule. I have been using jack3d and loving it but it hasn't been the same recently. I was thinking about stacking it with a non stim preeorkout. Any suggestions?
