I need an exercise to replace bastardos in one of my circuits. The whole pressing then going behind my neck and squatting is hurting my shoulders. What another good exercise that works the whole body like bastardos that not hard on my shoulders
I just wanted y'all's opinion on if its possible if you go overboard on your diet one day to actually hit the gym twice as hard the next will that make a difference or cancel out. Or do you gotta work twice as hard all week to fix your diet hiccup
