    Carb Loading

    Was just wondering about carb loading and when to work out.. If i did 2 days low carbs (around 50grms) and then 1 day high carbs (maybe 300) when would i i workout and when would i do cardio?? ..or does it not matter? First time doing a so any tips would be great. Thanks
