What's up guys I'm gonna be putting my workout and supplements in this thread and my stats since its the middle almost end of week I will start fresh Monday. I'm thinking I will do diet as well. Look forward to posting this info and the progress I have using the NEW Andro series from LG.

Today I'm working out Back/Hammys it a new workout for me cause I used to do all legs on same day! I've done this one now 2 weeks and love it. And then I do quads on separate day lets me focus more on the muscle I'm working that day.
