A: SHOULD I ADD SOME PULLOVERS AND FLYES?
B: WOULD A 3 DAY PER WEEK ROUTINE BE MORE BENEFICIAL THAN 4?
C: IS THIS ROUTINE BULL**** OR LOOK FAIRLY SOLID?

Mon: Chest + arms
Wed: legs + abs
Fri: back + shoulders...
