I've been readin articles on the Bulgarian method of liftin that I think have convinced me to try it. From what I've read you "max" (95% 1RM tops) every day on bench, and pull for singles 1-2 times a week. Thoughts?
I'm new to the sport of men's physique and bodybuilding. I've lifted sport specific and powerlifting for many years now. I'm 20 and would be very appreciative of any tips anybody has. Ill post pics at soon as possible
Arkansas PL state championships set for first competition. Lifted in high school for football but really started powerlifting in May.
At 181 here's my numbers:
Squat: 465
Bench: 350
Deadlift: 440
