    ok here it goes im 28 i was 262 lbs running every day and lifting 4 days aweek now down to 233 lbs im 6'2" tall falowing a nutrition and lifting plan from bodybuilding.com my questions are what is stacking and who is stacking for also will it benafit a noob like me any help would be awsomeis...
