i get weird feelin in my abdomin when i strain my core. it happend after i did a squat max 4 days ago. its not terrible pain, its actually rlly mild but it there. could it be possible i have a small hernia or tear ? it almost feels like throb
abdomin hurts a lil only when i strain my core. my kidneys have recently been damaged and ive read where it can cause pain in ur abdomin. this all kinda happened after i did a squat max and then deadlift max. should i see a doctor or wat?
