Ive been lifting weights for about a yea now and I think I have a fair amount of muscle, but I still have a pretty good layer of fat on my stomach and chest. I am looking to do maybe an 8 week cut, but I am not sure wat suplements I should use?! I am also looking to do something about my chest...
