    Basically I've been doing the general dead lifts, t bar rows, barbell rows, cable rows then pull downs to finish off, But seriously lack middle traps, any one know any good routines to target this area?

    Just started this cycle at 2 ml test and 1 ml tren a week, I've split up the test 1 ml twice a week, 10 week cycle I've got arimedex for pct only 28 caps though when should I take them?
