Back/Bi 4x8-12
Shoulders4x8-12
Legs 4x8-12
I have heard mixed reviews on the 5x5 workout and was wondering what peoples thoughts...
I just have a question on some support supps. Will (2) forged liver supports be enough per day? Then for my pct i have nolva, erase, bridge and an otc pct
I have a question about PCT for halotren by powerlabs. Will the post cycle 2 made by them be sufficient for that? Ill also be using a liver product by them as well.
