This is week 7 and the gains have been crazy 1st wk I was 178 2day 196
My bench has gone up as well wk 1 I was doing 205 for reps now it's 225-250 for 10-6 reps leg press I've gone up but didn't wright it down
I'm a 181lbs 6'1 32yrs my goal is to get around 220 by the summer...I eat alot of beef stake hamburger and chicken cooked on the grill but that damn #12 at McDonalds is the sh1t
My cav are small and it's hell everything else will grow fine but them I do standing raises and seated 3x a week 3x10 alot of my friends joke and say it's a black mans curse but chicken legs is nothing to joke about lol
I'm 6foot 186lbs my goal is to be 220 I've been in the gym for two years @ planet fitness now I've joined anytime fitness I think I made some good gains in the last two years I went from 140 to 186 but it's been really hard to go pass this
