What are some thoughts on a cheat day. I found eating the foods that I craved all week on my cheat day make me eat good all week. but is a cheat meal better than a cheat day. Can you really gain weight for eating bad 1 day out of the week?
Hat is the deal with sodium. I am following a high protein diet. But everything is loaded with sodium. I can't keep my sodium intake under 3000 on a 2300 calorie day.

Does anyone know anything about eating instant Quaker flavored oatmeal? I eat the low sugar one. It has a lot of sodium and I am trying to lower my sodium intake. How does it compare to the regular oatmeal? Any thoughts?
Has anyone ever added fiber to your morning coffee? I need to get 35 grams a day. 3 protein shakes with 2 each. I was thinking about putting the last tsp in my morning coffee.. Any thoughts?
